Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodative. The breakfast was well worth it and had an amazing view of Cusco. We would look forward to the coffee in the mornings. The beds were great, especially after a long hike. The tub was just what we needed. Everything was clean and we had an amazing time. We even rebooked the hotel for our second stay in Cusco.

Room an bathroom very comfortable, quiet, Yesmi clean every day everything is clean and perfect Good Location close to Downtown Ilia is a example of a great employee, she treat customers with respect and very helpful

Great location - walking distance from museums, markets, upscale shopping, etc. It is a smaller property, but it perfect for my expectations & budget….clean, secure, charming & quaint. The staff were extremely nice, very helpful, and willing to accommodate special requests. Having breakfast on the top floor looking out onto the city was awesome!
